Apart of a tribe of fauns living amongst the wild, she was born blind and uses her sense of sound which is amplified by her semblance. She left alone after her tribe was attack by Grimm destroying and killing everything, she was left alone in the forrest near Menagerie. She was found and adopted by a local family however they soon moved to Vale and she was teased for her being blind and a faunus, although she never let this bring her down her positive and uplifting attitude always allows her to keep a smile on her face.
